How It Works

We take the stress out and make the process very easy for you.

  1. Select our exclusive Website Package.
  2. Fill out the Order Form with your project brief. According to your brief and expectations, we will check your package selection and make suggestions or recommendations.
  3. We will call you to discuss your project details. We will also create a proposal/contract and send it to you along with a deposit invoice to pay.
  4. Once we receive your payment we will get started on the site setup ready for page and content addition as well as the design mock-ups and any other options as per your package. Depending on your package, we can send you the website login, email account, website statistics details via email in around 1-3 working days and some preliminary designs in around 5-7 workings days.
  5. Once we send you the designs/mock-ups, tell us what changes you may have and we will make them and send you the designs for final approval.
  6. On approval of your selected design we then apply style sheets, scripts etc. and make a live and functioning website from the mock-up.
  7. Once you notify us you are ready for website launch we will check the website and let you know if there are any areas that need your attention.
  8. Once all the fine details are handled we will invoice you for the remainder of the project fee.
  9. Once we receive your payment and you are satisfied with your new website your site will then go live within 24 hours and you will receive all access privileges to the administration area of your site.

Please Note: Websites will only be able to go live once all oustanding fees of the webiste design or anything else selected are paid and received prior unless and arrangement has been arranged.
